Still no joy. Closing has been pushed twice. As well as Diane I found that rates are not at the top of the competition. I know this because closing has pushed several times and I fear it will keep getting pushed. While waiting for Docs to be faxed to escrow (told they were ready to go 2 weeks ago... and then later told, wait underwriter needs one more thing. I've heard that line 4 times or more now. One more should mean one more.) I've been shopping around and am hours away from going with a different company. I recently pcs'd and am trying to purchase a house to shelter my family. Meanwhile I've been living in a single wide furnished rental, with 90% of my belongings in storage, and my pets at a kennel. The trailor is entirely too small for my family and I would much rather be living somewhere else. However it is difficult to find anything else to rent without going into a lease. To me it seems that there is no sense of urgency while my family has to suffer. Very displeased at this moment. I have been working with this company on getting a home loan for well over a month now. Terrible service!!!!
